purple!!!!!
You need rich jewel colours like red, gold, orange etc.You could add some black too. Plenty of tassells on lampshades and cushions. Go to a shop which sells Asian style furnishings and materials so you can get the general idea.
pinks, purples, metallics from the same color family, tafetta, think aladdin
gonna need a genie lamp
check out the hgtv link … that show airs next month AND it is design on a dime so it will be something you can do pretty inexpensive.
Exotic colors (gold, silver, purple, orange, dandelion yellow, etc.)
Also like rugs, lamps with like beads hanging from it, a bed with like curved bedposts, etc.
